Shipping Policy

Orders are picked, quality-checked and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays).

Tracked delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch, following 1–2 business days for handling. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; holidays, carrier disruption or address issues may cause delays.

Flat rate €4.90 to Ireland and all EU destinations.

Free insured express delivery on every order over €70.00.

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is dispatched. You can also look it up any time on our order tracking page.

Please check your delivery address before submitting an order. If you need a correction, email us promptly; changes may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.

If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email contact@sunkillerz.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will investigate with the carrier. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Prices are displayed in EUR (€), inclusive of VAT. The final delivery charge and order total are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. We do not deliver outside Ireland and the European Union under this policy.
